Excited to share that today we went over 1100 members on our Playerlinup team! It still amazes me and all of us here at the BBC love the great community you have all built! Let’s keep it going in 2025!

New Drop-In Pricing!!!

Starting next week we will be offering reduced prices for select drop in's! When I post the drop in's for the week on Sundays make sure you look at the descriptions as some will reflect new, lower pricing!!! Select 2 hour drops will go from $12 to $10 and select 3 hour drops will go from $16 to $13. The price for the Friday Night Pizza party will not change. I mean… It’s free pizza!!! We are also looking at a new punch card option. More on that later….

New Nets!!!

In the 2 1/2 years we’ve had Pickleball Programming here at the BBC we have gone through 18 nets! They served their purpose but we all know they weren’t the best and I was constantly repairing them. Well we heard you and have purchased new, much higher quality nets! I’m way more excited about this than I should be but they will be in next week and I look forward to everyone enjoying a better experience as far as the nets go!!! Now you will all need to find a new excuse lol :)

New Leagues!!!

We have been doing Dupr Ladder Leagues here at the BBC for almost 2 years!! I know you have a lot of options for playing in leagues. I feel like our leagues help build groups and communities and all players always have fun. We would love for you to join us!

Our new Leagues coming up are as follows.

Monday Night at 7:30pm - BB8- New season starts 1/13/25 - 11/30 spots available - we are offering a 10% discount for all playing in this league!

Sunday Morning at 7:45am - New season starts 1/26/25 - only 4/30 spots available

Wednesday Night at 7:30pm - New season starts 2/19/25 - 30/30 - this league is full!

Our Dupr Ladder Leagues use 6 courts and have 30 players playing. 5 Per court. You play 2 rounds. 4 games and 1 bye per round. Everyone plays with everyone on your court. At the end of the round you stay, move up, or move down the courts based on your results. It’s a really fun format and all 8 games are submitted to Dupr the following morning. The leagues start on week 1 with court assignments that go by Dupr ratings. If you do not have a Dupr rating I will estimate it for you. The great thing about a Ladder League is that it will quickly get players playing with other players of a similar level.

Our Monday night ladder league, which has been running for close to 2 years, will kick off it’s 8th season on 1/13/25. BB8 will run for 12 weeks. If you cannot make any of the weeks and give me a 48 hour notice, I will get you a sub and credit your account at the end of the season. If you cannot commit to the full season I can keep you on our large sub list. The sub fee is 25.00. Subs lose any court ties with permanent league players and subs may or may not retain their court position from week to week.

If you prefer an earlier start our new Sunday Morning League will start on 1/26/25. Play starts at 7:45am sharp! This league is almost full but I can take a few more if you would like to join.

And on 2/19 we will start the 4th season of our Wednesday Night League. Play starts at 7:30pm. This league is full!

2025 Brown Billone Winter Classic!

Lessons and Clinics are going strong and I am available to help you improve your game! Along with my PPR Professional Coaching Certification I also got my Dupr Coaching cert last week as well! This means I can evaluate you and provide you with a provisional Dupr rating before you play any games. Pro Shop News!

Our pro shop continues to be busy as our Manufactures are coming out with new product almost weekly! We have the largest on hand inventory in the immediate area and i'm always available to give you advice on the right paddle to help improve your game. I also have many demo paddles available for you to try at the club before you purchase. And lets not forget your club discount! Don’t ever pay full price online! If there is something specific you are looking for or if you need advice on a paddle purchase please feel free to email me!

This week I am excited about Selkirks new Courtstrike line of Pickleball shoes!!! I have been wearing them for a few days and I really like them! They are about half the price of the ON Roger Pro Shoes I usually wear and so far I'm pretty impressed. Very comfortable and lightweight!

This new shoe line isn’t being released to the public until 1/14 but I have select sizes for both men and women in stock now! You can be the first players in new England to have them :). Please reach out if you are interested in checking them out!!
